Ridge Creek Elementary School

The environment here does not feel welcoming or culturally aware. It felt like my child was constantly being singled out, misunderstood, and treated differently than the white students. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to watch your child be labeled or disciplined over things that other kids were simply redirected for.To make matters worse, communication with staff has been dismissive, unprofessional, and lacking basic compassion. Instead of working with me, they escalated situations unnecessarily and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. I’m removing my child from this school because it’s clear this environment is not built for kids who don’t fit their mold.If you are a parent of a child of color, please be cautious. My experience showed me that this school lacks cultural sensitivity, fairness, and understanding — and no family should have to fight this hard to be treated with basic respect.

Such a great school, I had to change my son to Park lakes elementary from another school where he was not learning at all , and immediately within a month I notice a difference and the best thing is they gave him homework GREAT JOB PARK LAKES.

The test scores and great school ratings speak for themselves. It has not been a bad experience but parents that want more for their kids are figuring out other options. Parents are pretty much barred from classrooms and not allowed to observe...lots of complaints about that one.

Unfortunately this school was not it for my son he did not learned a thing here not even the numbers, colors , or sight words I had to change him to another school they never had homework he was struggling so much.

If you’re looking to send your kid(s) to a private school, I highly recommend Christian Life Center Academy, our daughter graduated two years ago with a National Society of High School Scholars program and was also able to take dual courses at Lonestar College and if you’re looking for a daycare stop looking for one because they have a great daycare! I say this because our sons and daughter also attended the daycare when they were kids.

One star my daughter came home mad because I delivered chick-fila for delivery I put her grade her first and last name and she never got it so sad that I had to waste my money for principals that won't give food to little kids she had to starve so much worst school ever they owe me 50$ so sad never trust the principals with food ever again
