Read what parents are saying about North Belt Elementary SchoolNorth Belt is a GREAT school, & I am NOT apart of the staff. My son is in Kinder & has been attending since Pre-K. His teachers always makes sure he is well equipped, if not beyond, with what he needs to know in that grade level & they don't stop there! Given North Belt is an old school, they may have some faults. This school has taught me & so many of my family members and if I can say 1 thing about them, is they get these children ready for the world around them! & don't treat them as if they're in a bubble like some schools. I love the reality & culture they learn about, while still getting an education.

Posted by a parent on 9/15/2014I'm convinced that any positive remarks about this school was made falsely by an employee of this school. This school is old. The front office is rude and ghetto and unwilling to help parents. The principal never made herself available for complaints which explains why they have a new principle. The teachers seem disgruntled and avoid having to deal with serious issues such as bullying and providing parents options with helping kids improve their grades. Teachers are ok with kids barely passing just as long as they past. They do not provide options to help students improve. It's a sad situation over there. The entire school along with the front desk needs to be revamped.

I can see the difference each year in how much my child is learning! Staff is always very nice and welcoming!Parent Review10mo ago - Park Lakes Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my son's 1st year at RPE and he enjoys it. He attended skate night and it was a great turn out the teachers, principal and assistant principal were there, and very engaged with the students and parents. I did have an incident with my son being left behind the 2nd week of school but it was the daycare van that left him when he went to the restroom. The staff reacted quickly and I was contacted the next day by the principal regarding the matter because I had several questions. The staff was comforting and assured me several times it was an isolated incident and they are more vigilant. I know things happen, and I am just happy that the staff was comforting to me and ensured my son safety. He will be enrolled for years to come. -kindergarten parentParent Review7y ago - Humble Christian School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA complete let down. Leaves your child behind if they aren't 'fast' enough with the program, and no such thing as help like tutoring. You'd think this was the type of school that says 'we won't leave a kid behind' and do something about it instead, like help them out? Nope, just out there on your own, on an island.... letting your child fail. OH! And don't let your child be special ed, or have some kind of medical issue like urinary incontinence... they kick you out like you aren't one of their own!Parent Review3mo ago - Christian Life Center Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf you’re looking to send your kid(s) to a private school, I highly recommend Christian Life Center Academy, our daughter graduated two years ago with a National Society of High School Scholars program and was also able to take dual courses at Lonestar College and if you’re looking for a daycare stop looking for one because they have a great daycare! I say this because our sons and daughter also attended the daycare when they were kids.Parent Review4y ago - Berean Christian School
