Worsham Elementary School

Moving away was the best thing that ever happened to my family. Thankfully, my daughter no longer has to attend this horrible school. Now she is at a wonderful school where she says she is actually learning.

This school NO LONGER involves parents in any school activity. My child has informed me they don’t have recess. You can call the school and they never know anything or give you the run around. The principal is a “my way or no way”. Do not recommend this school anymore. I use to attend and it’s just been going down hill since.

There are a few good people in that school, so I don't want to rate this school as bad. I've had some bad experiences with the staff. They aren't always helpful. I wish they cared more about the parents. We are concerned parents. We have rights. We should be able to communicate with one another and voice our opinions. We should feel comfortable asking for help. I think this school would be better if parents were treated with respect . Also, there's not much going on for the students. No after school activities, there was boy scouts and soccer for a while..but it was for boys only. There also hasn't been school program, Where we as parents could watch our children perform. We are missing out on school memories. There could be fundraisers like movie nights like they do at other schools to raise money. Scarborough Elementary needs changes.

My child and I absolutely love it here.
