If you are new to the area search 77095 for better schools in this district. Tipps has changed a lot and not for the better of the children. Parent engagement has declined. Spark park is new but it’s for looks no one is allowed to used it.

Good job!Only feedback I have is that I would like there to be more color in the school, more decorations.Its just a preference, maybe its just the school showing its age
