Posted by a parent on 3/18/2021We moved from Kansas last year. My child is in special education and I feel they are not well trained in this area. Her teacher would tell me that the other children are way ahead of my daughter, my thoughts were "yea I know, she has a learning disability". A whole school year wasted for my child.
Posted by a parent on 5/15/2017I'm totally un happy with mission bend elementary very angry I tried everything for my kids to keep up with their best in school and they try their best it seems like the school is not doing their part. Other schools offer better services better help....

The teachers are exceptional, fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment. What sets this school apart is the principal who is extremely visible and who actively engages with students, parents, and staff. My son has thrived academically and personally, and I am grateful for the strong foundation this school has provided. The teachers really have high standards for their students, making sure they excell in all subjects including Quran and Islamic Studies. In 2nd grade, they should already know how to lead the salah and give khutbahs, MashAllah.
