Posted by a parent on 1/14/2018Being a parent who children happen to be the minority at the school I am very displeased. The staff is not diverse as well as the office staff. They are not fond of programs or fieldtrips that expose children to all cultures. I do take it upon myself to do so. The school offers NO afterschool activities or tutoring. The school only true concern I see is the TAKS test. Educational computer time is becoming extinct. In my opinion this school does not allow room for individuality and want all kids, at all times be TIN soldiers. Lunch is silent 90% of the time. The principal is not easily approachable and will refer you to the counselor who will just refer you to the "students' handbook". My children and I are very unhappy with this school.I am surprised at those who gave them 5 stars. Wow!
