Treasure Hills Elementary School

My kids have been with Horizon Montessori for six years now. It was a slight struggle to begin with because of their different teaching strategies, but I don't regret keeping them there one bit! Thank you to all of the teachers past, present and future!

Classwork is not graded at. Classes are overcrowded and there will be 30 students in a classroom. Some state required curriculum like Texas History in 4th grade is not taught. My daughter got straight A's all year at this school but failed her STAAR exam. She will be attending SBCISD next year.

I graduated from this school in 2006, I hated it and loved it, pretty good teachers, and overall pretty good elementary school.

Awesome academics, a blue ribbon school, strong music, strings, Spanish, excellent challenging math, reading, high standards, awesome religion classes and 4 to 5 times daily prayer, no behavior issues, no kids with diagnosis, kids that have strong attention spans who are in lower school seeking honors and high learning goals. Amazing teacher, great PE Art and Wonderful Choir and strong church involvement. High morals and standards you child will be able to tackle life academically, socially, and spiritually, life learning skills, super wonderful staff and caring people, very involved families who volunteer and great field trips. Computer classes, keyboarding, library class, extra curricular activities, honor classes in middle school. This is a pre-school, moms day out, grade K up to 8th grade. Strong leadership with strong goals-great for students who have strong foundations and willingness to excel. Cafeteria food cooked fresh and healthy meals served each day. Highly recommend this school.

We had to transfer to New York but we had our two children enrolled at St. Anthony's School. We were very satisfied with the school. The Pastor is supportive of the school and the principal demonstrates great leadership. He is always there for the parents and students. The teachers were always concerned for the progress of my children. If you want the best then I recommend you send your children. Thank you SAS and best of wishes.
