Schupmann is the lowest performing elementary school in the Red Oak Independent School District. The others aren't great by any measure, but are in better shape than this campus when it comes to academics. Something needs to be done very soon because parents who care about quality schools and education will not put up with sending their children to a chronically subpar school.
