Van Zandt-Guinn Elementary School

I coordinate a mentoring program for 4th graders at DeZavala. I look forward to each time I get to be on campus (pre-Covid - we're virtual this year). The staff create such a warm and supportive environment. The administrators and teachers are passionate about advocating for their students, meeting their needs and connecting them with resources. It has been a joy to collaborate with them for the past four years.

This school is a gem! If you are thinking about enrolling your child, think no more. This is by far the best thing I've done for my son, and when my daughter is of age she will be attending as well. My kid stands out in a crowd with his confidence, respect for others, he accepted Jesus, and he is very bright. ECS is the best!

The best school in Fort Worth. All the teachers are the best. Not only they teach school subjects and materials, they also teach them good manners.

Coming to Mosaic Academy is the best choice we have made for our children (a middle schooler that has since graduated out, and a second grader). I can’t say enough about just how incredible of a school this is. The teachers care deeply about each and every child! They meet the children where they are and support their needs! The environment is so welcoming and supportive! Mosaic Academy has changed my family’s lives!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this school! The staff all genuinely care SO much about the children, they advocate and work hard to bring parents along every step of the way, and listen so well to anything you might bring up. My son has Down Syndrome and has made such amazing progress at this school. This was his first year in school, and we were a bit nervous about whether he would be included and encouraged like other neurotypical kids. I can say with absolute confidence that this school will go above and beyond for any child’s needs, regardless of their diagnosis! They truly understand that every child is an individual, and my son has blossomed as a result. Communication is stellar, the teachers are SO great, and the school itself is cozy, beautiful, and a welcoming place to learn.
