Posted by a community member on 7/20/2016I am grateful to be moving my son from this school.The rating of 2 out of 10 shows that the focus isn't on the children learning. I've watched teachers yell at the students like they are the same age as the kids. There are too many issues to count at this school, and a full overhaul of the staff is

This is a horrible school my son attended The 3rd grade. An was bullied by students an a teacher there, I took me half a day of sitting in his classrooms to know wat was really going on made me sick to see how the kids were being treated an talk to :'( really would not recommend. Anyone to send
Posted by a parent on 9/25/2013My son was in the Pre-K4 class. He had a good teacher. I think if there was more parent involvement and if she had more help in the classroom with unruly children it would have been a better experience for my son. He will not be returning. I liked the Principal, I have worked with her before!

She started here in Pre-K and my youngest started here last year in Pre-K3 and is now in Pre-K and they both have loved their time here. The teachers, staff and most importantly the Principal and Asst. Principal are great leaders! 1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a student this school does do the job but hardly theres rarely safety I once saw a man take photos of us and ran but we asked a teacher and they hardly cared I feel like the school doesn't care about the kid until its too late and then the family engagement is not the best they only call the family if the kid does something bad and the teachers are great but I think they need a better place to be and the learning is great but I'm not happy we had to skip 7th grade math the special isn't great I have a friend who is in it and she said they don't teach a lot so I rate this school a 6.9 out of 10.Student Review2mo ago - Uplift Meridian School
