Benbrook Middle/High School

A -2 as far as teaching and building up our students a ten for adult babysitting

Unfortunately I am disappointed that there are still schools like this, with such favoritism and unfair treatment. Disappointing, be aware!!!

Over-all, it is good! They need to work on the students fighting all the time though.

Good experience overall with growing school. Athletic programs are taking off. Go Bulldogs!

It is a terrible idea to blend a middle school and high school. The two buildings connect by a walk way. Middle school students must go into the high school for certain classes & lunch. The buses are also blended age groups also. So for example, your 12 year old 6th grader will be on the bus with 17-18 year olds. The two buildings have one principal which was enough at first,but the school has grown so much they need a principal at both the middle school & high school. They also need a nurse at both buildings & more security personnel for the entire campus. The teachers are like any other school, some great, some terrible. The kids are...kids—some great & some little jerks in the making. We’ve had one lockdown in two years, which I guess is pretty good?? Super scary for my kiddo & me. There do seem to be a lot of fights on a weekly basis. Overall, I don’t think I would recommend Benbrook Middle-High to anyone.
