I go this I hate it don't recommend your children very questionable students go here teachers also are not the best better to put your child in a school where their mental health and energy wont chip away slowly but surely.

As a parent with kids in the community and substitute teacher for EISD, I can say I have been pleasantly surprised by the staff, students and leadership at Elgin Middle School. The kids are sweet and the staff takes a team approach to creating a safe a supportive learning environment.

The education here is entirely based on testing scores. There is little to no influence on character education or community standards. Parents don't have the time to be involved to any meaningful degree. The kids are awful to each other and their teachers. The principals are spread way too thin. The
