Startzville Elementary School

My granddaughter is in the third grade. She never has spelling test and doesn't even know how to spell the word (here) how is she supposed to be able to read without knowing how to spell. When I ask her to sound out the word here and then spell it her answer was hert. This is the saddest thing I

The school does not seem to fit into the area. The area is growing and changing and improving, and administration still treats it like a struggle zone school - where they think they can get away with unsuitable standards because they claim their challenges are so big. Terrible experience. I have 3 kids and have delt with 3 different elementary schools. Startzville is an exceptional failure in comparison to the other schools I have experienced. There are a few fantastic teachers and the librarian is awesome but it can not make up for the terrible experience.

So bad that I removed my child.

I am counting the days for my rental contract to expire so I can move out of this district.
