Caldwell High School

We moved to Caldwell last year from Fort Bend County, and my kids LOVE this school. Our shy, anxious son has come out of his shell. Our daughter is friends with everyone. This is the first school ever where my kids are actually learning and having great social interactions. HIGHLY recommend.

Once upon a time, this school was beyond amazing. They had passionate, engaging teachers and a rich academic environment where all students would thrive and be treated fairly. The curriculum exceeded expectations and there were team sports as well as various electives, including fine arts. Over the course of 3 years or so, all of those things fell away. Today, the school is barely able to find enough teachers to keep the doors open, and the teachers that hired are stretched so thin it has compromised the quality of the education. Additionally, students are no longer treated equally, with some receiving special treatment while others receive overly harsh consequences. It breaks my heart that today I would encourage parents to stay away from a school that I once championed.
