My children have been going here for 2 years and it is absolutely amazing. I have pulled 2 of my children from a different daycare to have them be able to attend this one. If you are able to get past the outside appearance then this place is the best. My babies are so so loved and my big kids

Even though much is expected of each teacher in regard to each child, the work environment is pressure free. The owners are very polite and personabel to everyone. The children are very well taught
Posted by a teacher on 5/24/2011A Habitat for Learning is a fijne childcare and an even better private school. My son has gone there for 2 years. He is now 5 and he reads and writes and we never taught him any of it. In my opinion, A Habitat for Learning is the best kept secret in Abilene.

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI wish any parent who has a child with and IEP because Wylie did things the way they see fit without regards to what their IEP says. We recently had a situation where my son was falling asleep in class for two months before anyone in the entire school informed me of this situation and then after I found out one of his 5th grade teacher had the nerve to tell me that it was getting out of hand. Mind you my son had just switched allergy medication that may have been causing the drowsiness and had his teacher informed me, the problem when it initially happened it could have been solved right away.
