This is a very hard working school that uses all the resources they have to make sure students can achieve. The school fights to stay open while surrounded by schools that are in the bottom 5%. Westside is not. It is a bright spot in Frayser.

Westside is a school of believers. The students believe they can achieve and work hard to be excellent.

Instead of the principal Dr. Graham looking into the problem she wants to harrasss me because I walk my son to class. The principal doesn't care about the students and doesn't know how to run a school what a joke. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 3 oldest kids have all attended Delano and my 4th will be starting kindergarten there this year. I love the school. The principal is outstanding. When I moved to Memphis, I was worried if my kids could get a reasonable public school education. Delano has put my fears to rest. I am very pleased with the education my kids have received.
