If i would have know this school was this horrible, i wouldnt even enroll my child into this school. Its not the child fault why its so bad it the staff they dont care if kids get bully. Its like they only care about getting a check. Teachers should have a dress code to, because some of the staff look like they be walking on brooks rd. I dont feel like my child is in a safe enviorment at this school.. i go to work and worry what going to happen to child today (thats a bad feeling). im debating about home schooling my child . Instead of the principal Dr. Graham looking into the problem she wants to harrasss me because I walk my son to class. The principal doesn't care about the students and doesn't know how to run a school what a joke. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 3 oldest kids have all attended Delano and my 4th will be starting kindergarten there this year. I love the school. The principal is outstanding. When I moved to Memphis, I was worried if my kids could get a reasonable public school education. Delano has put my fears to rest. I am very pleased with the education my kids have received. We have had no safety concerns whatsoever. I agree with the parent who called Delano one of the unsung jewels of the city.Parent Review8y ago
