Read what parents are saying about Christ Methodist Day SchoolWhen it comes to cleanliness I’ll give it a 2 out of 10 . Teachers and Assistant Teachers let students EAT in the classrooms throughout the day it seems like they can’t even so much as pull the chairs up on the table for the people who comes and clean the school. THERE SHOULD BE A NO EATING POLICY INSIDE THE CLASSROOMS because like why is the cafe open if the rooms look exactly like the cafeteria and it’s way more to say but I’ll hold it
Posted by a community member on 5/2/2022My experience was terrible. My baby kept getting diaper rashes even though repeatedly asked for more diaper checks, apply her supplies diaper cream with every diaper change I was disappointed to find out there was none at all and she ended up with terrible diaper rashes. There is absolutely no excuse for a baby to get a diaper rash. NONE. Also, they want you to wake up your Abby at 5 am to feed them so you can get on their classroom schedule. Not going to wake up my sleeping baby to get on your schedule. I was very disappointed in the care my baby was getting. Maybe it’s only that specific class room but I wouldn’t recommend his daycare if you want to get on “their” schedule and not yours, want your baby to get diaper rashes by all means send your kid there. Not worth the hassle especially for the money you pay them. They don’t even have cameras or send pictures or updates on your baby throughout the day.
Posted by a parent on 10/23/2017CMDS is an amazing place. Our family has been a part of the school for 8 years. It is a warm, loving, nurturing, inspiring, and cheerful place to be. It always been good, and is only getting better. Ask any current student or graduate their opinion. I have no doubt you will get a good review. The graduates of this school are well-rounded, prepared, and they are definitely sought after at other local schools when they graduate.

Posted by a community member on 10/29/2014I am going into 6th grade at cmds and I have been amazed at everything! Cmds is very different from other schools because it is a small school but that means the students bonds are tighter. Also cmds has anual traditions like the chile cook of, art fair , Christmas musical, and grandparents day. The teachers are out of this world. Every one I have had has cared about me and belived in me even when I didn't believe in my self. The school ends at 6th grade which is a down fall because you have to leave the people who have grown to be your family.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had a wonderful experience at St. Agnes Academy- St. Dominic School. Our son is in his fourth year at the school and our daughter started this year. The sense of community has been a huge blessing to us. It is so comforting to know that our children are loved and cared for physically, mentally and spiritually. The school does a great job of connecting students of different ages and allowing them to learn from and support each other. Also, the student to teacher ratio provides an individualized approach to learning while in a group setting. It is such a unique school setting where we are able to have both our son and daughter on the same campus while catering to their different educational needs. Providing a coed experience and then strategically separating to all boys/all girls at pivotal times is one of the many factors that sets SAA-SDS apart. We love SAA-SDS and are excited to see what the future has to offer and how it is shaping our children into successful and well-rounded individuals.Parent Review1y ago - Holy Rosary Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAbsolutely terrible. I respect the fact that it has helped me build character along the lines of understanding that life is unfair and what not but over all, no middle schooler deserves to be treated the way I was at this school.Other Review4y ago - St. Mary's Episcopal School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI moved from Woodland to Harding last year and couldn't be happier. Unlike our old school, Harding truly cares for your child and shows it in many ways. The curriculum is on target and the projects they are required to work on are so enriching.Parent Review10y ago - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had the absolute pleasure of speaking at this school in 2023. I was so impressed by their passion and commitment to really going above and beyond to serve their students. Specifically, I was there to speak to the girls about healthy relationships and mental health. The organizers turned it into a mother-daughter breakfast, which made it even more impactful. I would be thrilled to return to this school and this community any time!Other Review3mo ago - Barbara K. Lipman Early Learning & Research Center at the Un

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLipman is one of the best early learning programs in the Midsouth. It's very hard to get into because the wait list is so long, so put your child on it as soon as you can. Every teacher at this school is so dedicated to learning, and really implements a hands-on, child-led philosophy in the classroom. Our daughter attended the Reggio Preschool III class (4 year old preschool), and her teacher was wonderful. They were always doing fun projects, and many days she would come home and teach *me* things. Her class had several graduate students as assistant teachers, so the child to teacher ratio came out to be about 5 students to a teacher. I believe each classroom has at least one graduate assistant. There are Reggio classrooms and a Montessori classroom. The level of parent involvement here is also very high, and it feels more like a community than it does a school. Tuition here is VERY affordable, less than $6k a year, and aftercare is provided at a very reasonable cost as well. I love that the staff truly loves what they are doing and wants the kids to love learning.Parent Review9y ago
