i actually attend this school and i would like to say that it’s been fun BUT if you’re looking for somewhere to send you child, it is NOT this one. i stand by the freedom of religion and who you are as a person and i believe schools should do the same and this school does not do this at all. the teachers are horrible and i haven’t learned a thing. the ex principal we just had let kids run all over her. gays were given the freedom to do whatever they please but ordinary people are looked down on. bullying is also a huge issue. if you don’t have what is nice or in style then you’re automatically made fun of. we also have so many students vaping in the bathrooms and passing around drugs which causes a major amount of ambulances to show up. i 110% do NOT recommend this school, i’d send my kids to tellico before i ever would this place

I can not describe in words how bad this school is, not only does cover up bullying but even with the highest gpa you can get here you will still be very unprepared for any college you can get into, nearly all the students here are addicted to something, there is no room on the bus's kid have to sit on each other's laps and are hanging out of the isle, why even make two highschools into one? All it did was make a overpopulated mess. You get bullied for everything you do, Do your kid I favor and don't send them here.

Horrible. This is the worst school I have ever been to. They do nothing to help their students. Drug abuse and dealing happens, students are not free to express themselves unless they agree with Christian values despite it being a public school. And they do not enforce equal treatment of students by any means.

I would not recommend a parent send their child to this School. The Students are definitely not prepared for entrance to college. When a Valedictorian of any school has trouble with college classes in Math, there are major problems with the High School they just graduated from!

I was very excited about my kids attending Sequoyah High School when we moved here. I was quickly regretting it. This school is too small for the amount of students that attend. There are so many students that extra teachers have been hire but since there are not enough classrooms these teachers have to move around to an available room each class period. Now a portable building is being added next to the school for extra classrooms. With a student body that large and over packed classrooms the teachers have little control. It is not fair the teacher or the students. I am extreamly disappointed. I feel that my kids are being cheated out of an education where the class spends more time socializing and playing on cell phones than actually learning. This school needs to be divided into a Madisonville High School and a Vonore High School. On a good note, most of the teachers and faculty I have dealt with are very kind.
