We have loved our experience with FCS so far. My son loves his classmates and has formed the sweetest little friendships. I also feel that it is academically challenging and students are expected to rise to expectations. The families we have met have all been super sweet, too. We look forward to the years to come at FCS!

I hate the administration and what they stand for. Only interested in money!

The school is highly supportive of developing quality character in young people.

#1 - There's very little "Christian" left in Friendship Christian. The idea of teaching kids love, respect, and to value one other's differences seems lost on the teachers and administration. #2 The bullying and cyber bullying is rampant. And if you're not from Lebanon, look different from other kids, etc....expect to be a target here. The administration attempts to address, but they're ineffective and outgunned. They bring kids in + parents, attempting to address issues, but honestly it's a "rinse & repeat" scenario the following week. (no doubt it's a common issue, which you'll see at just about every school.... My point- it's no different here.) #3 Super Cliquey and the gossip mill here is off the charts. (students, teachers, office admin staff...no one seems to abide by any biblical teachings to refrain from gossip.)#4 Nepotism - The school has a super high ratio of teachers that are also parents. While I first considered this to be a good thing, I witnessed situations where the parent/teacher would often become 'over involved' and would share in the gossip, rumors, etc of the kids w/in their classrooms with other parents. Sad.#5 Academics - Moderate at best. (except a few stand out teachers/subjects) My children transferred from other private schools and basically had a year off, as they were miles ahead in terms of math, science, english, etc. If you're child is A/P level, you might spend more time evaluating local public options where they have some high quality teachers/programs along those tracks. #6 Sports- If you're son/daughter is athletic and talented...then by all means, go here. If not, and they're into arts, music, etc...this isn't the place that will help them develop, find their calling, or prepare them for their next step after FCS.

I truly beleive this school has ruined my childhood. I was there for 10 year and they were the worst of my life. This so called Christian school cares only for your money and sports. They give little to no charity. They provide zero help for special needs kids and will leave your child behind if they can't keep up with the 8 hours of homework they give every night......ask me how I know! We named FCS, Friendship Christian Prison, FCP. In the High school drugs were a very big problem. I was born in Lebanon and I am ashamed at how this school and the kids in it treat each other. If you go here you had better have a lot of money, be very beautiful, love and be good at sports or this will be the worst time of your life!!
