Posted by a parent on 5/16/2022From the administrative staff in the front office, to the teachers and math/reading coaches, this school is filled with excellence. I thank God we were able to find this school district and we love the fact that our kids will be able to enjoy being part of this school for the years to come. My daughter has thrived in this environment, every teacher she's had has taken the time to care and focus on her education. Love and respect is what this school promotes.

Posted by a parent on 12/6/2021I have two kids at Franklin Elementary, and the school is amazing! The average class size is only 17 kids, and there are two teachers in there almost all the time. They also get PE every single day which is huge! Many schools in the area only gives kids PE 2 to 3 times a week. They have this amazing climbing room which is like a dream come true for kids with sensory issues, and all kids! Franklin Elementary, in my opinion, is the biggest hidden gem in the whole county! We have been at several schools through a few moves and 4 kids, and this is by far the best public elementary school that I have ever been involved in. It is also a very diverse school which is important to us. The administration is also fantastic, and I genuinely believe that every single teacher really desires to be there.
Posted by a parent on 4/21/2019So far, we are thoroughly impressed with FES. The thought put into learning techniques is amazing and each teacher seems to make a point to make each child feel special someway. We also love the small-town feel presented every time we visit.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI can't say enough good things about LES. Watching my daughter grow academically and seeing her excitement for learning has been an incredible experience. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and the principal and assistant principal have built such a strong, well-rounded culture within the school. On top of all this, I love and appreciate the quality of the materials they use to teach the students.Parent Review1y ago - Moore Elementary School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy twins are about to "graduate" from Moore Elementary to Freedom Middle School. They have been at Moore since kindergarten. Even during the pandemic, they still were able to learn due to the competence and drive of the teachers. During their tenure, they consistently had wonderful teachers and aids. This is not the same group of teachers who made national news for teaching topics which angered parents. (That is Williamson County School District... not Franklin Special School District). There is a very diverse population of children representing the diverse population we live in. From the staff to the faculty the environment is both welcoming and encouraging. This has been our experience at this institution.Parent Review2y ago - Winstead Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have had three kids go here. They all liked it. Teachers seem nice and kids have homework to help with their learning. Two suggestions for improvement:. If your kid is on an IEP I haven't seen them work with the parents to fix the key issues. The want to add lots of unnecessary things to the plan to have items to check off vs the key learning objectives that don't make progress. The second thing is the busses are often not on time leading to parents having to miss work.Parent Review1y ago - Montessori School Of Franklin

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageExcellent, well-established Montessori school with accredited teachers in every classroom from toddler through Elementary. Your child will feel nurtured, challenged, and loved here! Our family has had two children who were fortunate to attend MSF and we could not be happier. This is THE place to start a child’s education, to lay a foundation for a love of learning that is truly a lifelong gift. You will not find a better place for early childhood education around.Parent Review2y ago - New Hope Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had an amazing experience at this school I wish everyone could experience it. It was the best school I went to out of all the schools I went to. There curriculum is great and teach amazing things that all schools need to do. Everything the school does is awesome and fun from the field trips and activities to the devotions and class time. Great Christ centered school and everyone there gets a long even with the teachers! I wish there was a high school and middle school I could’ve gone to.Other Review3y ago - Trinitas Classical Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has been at the school 8 years now and we have loved the experience. The curriculum is innovative and challenging. The teachers and administrators are loving and supportive. The school has a great sense of community, which was a wonderful way for us to meet and connect with others when we moved from out of state. I would recommend the school to anyone looking for a Christian environment and a solid academic experience.Parent Review11mo ago
