Franklin Elementary School

This school is a gem of Middle TN. I would not want my children to go anywhere else in Williamson County. The principal and teachers have the best interest of every student that walks in the door as their top priority. Do not hesitate to send your students to this school!

Poplar Grove is a truly special place. It's welcoming, friendly, inclusive, and so much more. We aren't zoned for PGS, but went out of our way to send our kids here, and it's been the best decision.

I can't say enough good things about LES. Watching my daughter grow academically and seeing her excitement for learning has been an incredible experience. The teachers are knowledgeable and caring, and the principal and assistant principal have built such a strong, well-rounded culture within the school. On top of all this, I love and appreciate the quality of the materials they use to teach the students.

We are so grateful that our children have attended Moore Elementary! It is certainly a gift to the city of Franklin. Filled with skilled and caring teachers and professionals, Moore has given our children such an amazing start to their educational journey. I could write a book on the ways I have witnessed teachers go above and beyond for their students. We will be eternally grateful for the community we’ve found and all the ways our children have grown during our time at Moore.

I have had three kids go here. They all liked it. Teachers seem nice and kids have homework to help with their learning. Two suggestions for improvement:. If your kid is on an IEP I haven't seen them work with the parents to fix the key issues. The want to add lots of unnecessary things to the plan to have items to check off vs the key learning objectives that don't make progress. The second thing is the busses are often not on time leading to parents having to miss work.

We are incredibly grateful for TCA. The teachers combine academic rigor with biblical truth, cultivating wisdom, character, and a love of learning. The curriculum is thoughtful, the community is warm, and communication is excellent. Our child is challenged, encouraged, and known personally. We see growth spiritually, intellectually, and socially every day. We highly recommend this school to families seeking excellence and faithful leadership that truly partners with parents joyfully.
