People were mean, a lot of the kids got in trouble and sucked. A lot of the kids picked on you. The only meal that was enjoyable there were the hot dogs, the others are poorly made. The teachers were to hip to function. One made us dab. I'm glad I'm going to middle school now, hopefully people are more mature and not have a fidget spinner everywhere.

I would like to take a sec to THANK ALL of the staff at CIAA! My grandson has been there ever since Pre-K and will be leaving to go to High School this next school term. It has been a real experience through the years. For all the parents looking for a school for your children this is the place. My kids went to Crestview Elementary and Middle and they were good too. I would like to tell parents that complain there is not good communications with the staff, don't wait until your child has gotten behind or in trouble. Have a good communication open the very first day. You wait then that's your fault, not the teachers. I heard it all the time, ": I wish all parents or guardians would take the time to come to parent teacher meeting and NOT just the ones that make good grades and have good behaviors." Really, you want to be involved from the start. Education is important for your children.Again THANK YOU TEACHERS FOR A JOB WELL DONE! We will miss you.Thank you Belinda Park

Some of the teachers and staff displayed a lack of professionalism, and in our experience, leadership did not consistently hold them accountable. One of my children had a substitute teacher for nearly an entire semester, and the only reason we became aware of it was because another teacher informed us via email. When we brought questions to leadership regarding the situation, the responses we received avoided directly addressing the concerns presented.Additionally, my oldest child suffered a fall during gym class that resulted in her blacking out. We never received a phone call, email, or incident report from the school regarding what had happened. We ultimately took her to the emergency room that same evening, where she was diagnosed with a concussion. The teacher involved is also married to the upper school principal, which further raised concerns for us regarding accountability and transparency.The amount of staff turnover at the middle school has also been alarming and concerning to witness.We also experienced issues involving bullying that did not appear to be adequately addressed. In some situations, it felt as though matters were minimized or overlooked because certain students had family members employed by the school or connected through the church. One example included another student placing a “kick me” note on my child’s back. We also dealt with insensitive comments directed toward my son regarding his eczema. These experiences were especially disappointing within what is presented as a Christian environment.We entered this school community with very high hopes, but unfortunately, each month brought additional disappointment for our family. While we are no longer enrolled, we have since learned that many other families have also chosen to leave the school.To be fair, we did have several positive experiences with some of the lower elementary teachers, as well as an excellent Pre-K teacher, and we are grateful for the care and support they provided our children.Ultimately, if you are looking for a school environment that feels more socially driven or exclusive, this may appeal to some families. However, I would strongly encourage prospective parents to carefully evaluate the school’s current growth, turnover, leadership, and overall environment before making a decision.
