So sad that the culture of this building has been destroyed in less than 2 years since Mr. Juan Moreno was promoted and they hired Mr. David Corey. So many families, students, and teachers have been run off from this (now) toxic environment. They can't keep staff and it's just a revolving door of people. It used to feel like a family, but with the changes all it's done is destroyed the community that other principals/staff/families worked so hard to build. This school has lost so many good teachers and students over the past 2 years.

this is the best school like Spring Creek is goated man like they have Scholastic Book Fairs like bro do you think other schools have that nah bro its the best school and if you're one of those Karens saying" this school is trash" like bro get out. 67 haha. aslo i went to this school so yall know im not lying fr. aslo, theyre were trampolines, parties, snacks, and soccer. bro the RED WOLVES came man like lets go. the teachers are so tuff broo so nice too. i give this schoool a 10/10

I'm a white stepfather to 2 mixed boys and a while boy. We have had no problems with race being a issue. I mean it is a dominantly black school and you have to consider that there are ignorant people of all colors that are racist, therefore you have to deal with it from both sides. Now with that being said it's up to you as a parent to teach your child to be respectful and considerate of other people's cultures and lifestyles. (The world does not revolve around your thoughts or beliefs) so please do not rate this school by your thoughts or beliefs and or lifestyles. Let's start making a difference by teaching our youth to be respectful of others. #ALL LIVES MATTER now that's out of the way what's up with the way they teach math here?? Anyone agree that they don't know what they are doing ......

The woman at the front office and nurse are absolutely rude. My mom went to the school to request more information about the summer program. Upon entering the office she was not greeted by the woman or the nurse at the front office they simply just stared at her when she walked in. The woman at the front desk did not want to help at lol or give any information about the program. I’ve also had a bad experience myself with the woman at the front desk and the nurse. Their attitudes are so disgusting. Worst experience ever!

We currently have 2 children and a 3rd who will all be attending OLPH. Having attended private school all my life, I know the importance of a faith based school who teaches not just academics, but personal values and ethics. Knowing every morning when I drop off my children feeling secure that they are in a SAFE and LOVING environment is worth all the gold in the world. I would fully recommend this school for any family considering sending their children to a Christian school. Choosing OLPH has been the greatest blessing when we moved here in 2017.

Both of my children attended PK2-Pk4. They had great teachers and offerings including Spanish, Chapel, library. They were so deeply loved and taught social emotional skills as well as writing and phonics. They are both so prepared for school after!

This school is Chattanooga's hidden gem. The teachers feel like family, the students respect each other, and the education is top notch! The Christian learning environment is very much instilled yet all religions are welcomed. The school is very serious about safety measures and the overall well being of their children. Even the school lunch is phenomenal. There are also many recent upgrades to the facility itself. The students are offered a variety of fine arts that are rotated daily in addition to their regular curriculum. We love all of the fun events, fall festival, daddy/daughter dance, mother/son outing, grandparent's day and more! Of course no school is perfect so if we could add anything it would be something like a garden class. wood working class, home economics...just something extra but other than that it's the best private elementary school in Chattanooga!

I have been at this school for 10 years now. We started in the elementary and we LOVED it. It seemed wonderful. However, we slowly learned it is only surface-level. The Bible is talked about only in Bible Class. They aren't required to live by the Bible....that's not the standards they uphold. We have watched the school deteriorate as they started to seek money over God. They now have a big annual fund campaign push where they ask for money to build new buildings and fields and they bring in athletes and their families as part of their "mission" instead of focusing on the existing children as their "mission." If you are looking for a school that makes a big production of things and calls themselves a Christian school, it is a good fit. However, if you are looking for a Christian school to partner with you in making sure your child is in an environment where drawing close to God is the norm and not the exception....look elsewhere. This is NOT the place for that!!!! This is honestly where you send your kid to school if you really don't care about the Christianity peice, but just want your kids out of the public school system. It's the most public private school there is......at least, that's what the kids say when you ask them about it....not joking!
