Upperman Middle School

Baxter Primary is the shining star of Putnam County education system. I just wish my children could attend longer, as it's only K-1. The teachers are the best at communicating with parents and the children. The compassion these teachers have for children is unmatched to any school we have experienced. No task is too big, and along with doing a great job of teaching the children, Baxter Primary has build confidence in my children. 10 stars!!!
