The administration in this school is harsh and uncaring. The best teachers have fled this cold environment, and many of the remaining teachers are apathetic at best. The principal is only concerned with getting money for the school that she can use to buy food for teachers. They have kids fundraising constantly for no visible gain. If you don't participate, they look for ways to punish students and are rigid and disciplinarian in ways that don't bring value or structure to the classroom. It feels more like a prison than elementary school.

Excellent school with a dedicated group of staff, teachers, PTO, and principal. Best school my children have attended.

The leadership and culture at this school is superior. There is no doubt that the students are loved by the teachers and staff. We transferred our students here from another Bartlett school for the Honors STEAM program and couldn’t be more pleased. RES is an excellent school, and I wouldn’t hesitate sending my children here.
