3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a parent of two children attending this school I am happy to say this will be the last year they are there. Faculty has zero control over what is going on at this school. I walked in to my youngest child’s class during the national anthem to see kids wandering about and sitting not paying any attention.My oldest daughter comes home everyday and tells me about a girl in her class being called the R word over and over and the teacher does NOTHING. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageBowens Corner Elementary is off to a good start after opening four years ago. The teaching staff has been top notch each year with our child. Communication is good but could be more timely. Our only complaint is the After Care program.
