Community Reviews
I love the education provided to us in this school; however, there are still many flaws to Sterling School. For example, there are many homophobic, racist, sexist, and disgusting people in the school. They have been hateful to many people, calling a girl the f-slur, targeting people in the LGBTQIA+

Posted by a community member on 8/14/2025I would never send a child with special needs to any Greenville county school. The teachers are fantastic. They need more support. The problem is with the administration. My daughter needed speech services and it took an entire year to have her evaluated and enrolled. The teacher was a frustrated as

Posted by a student on 7/17/2023I'm a parent of two kids in CTC. It's a really wonderful school. It's great for kids who need to be moving faster and with more challenges than in other schools. I've been very happy with the program. A large majority of the teachers are very good - covering the same curriculum as required by SC, bu

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have loved our experience at Blythe so far. The teachers we have had all seem very excited about their jobs and make the curriculum interesting for the kids. The language immersion program is wonderful. The administration does a good job of listening to the needs of parents and students. The parental community is engaged.Parent Review2y ago - East North Street Academy

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageLove the school, but the new dismissal procedures are so annoyingly unnecessary. They claim it’s to move the line faster but it makes the line move slower. As the old saying goes, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, and it wasn’t broke. I don’t know if it’s completely the new principle causing this unnecessary disruption, but I really miss Dr. Hooker. She really knew how to get the kids out and keep the line moving. I used to be out of the line no later than 2:15 now I’m lucky if we’re out by 2:35. This really sucks, and I wish they would go back to the better way of doing things. It’s always some new person coming in thinking they’re going to make things “better” but end up making things worse.Parent Review2y ago - Upstate Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers at this school put on fake smiles and half of them don’t even have special needs children or family members which I feel makes them lack empathy for the parents that do. Breanna is very standoffish and rude if God ever blesses her with a child, I hope that child doesn’t endure what my child did under her careParent Review1y ago
