If you are thinking about your child attending Byrd Elementary in Graniteville, SC think twice. Take your child to a private or a charter school. This school is a waste of you and your child’s time. Homework is not given to practice. You will get push back when you give suggestions to actually help

My child has been since she was 3yrs old. Byrd is the best school around. All the teachers and staff are awesome. The school atmosphere is just like a family. I love that about Byrd.

Where do I start? In second grade we had a teacher insist we get him on medication despite doctors telling us he did not have ADHD. He would just get bored of sitting and want to get up and stretch. She would send notes home in his agenda every night in red pen and my son couldn't read her handwriti
