Don't allow the 10 score to fool you. The school may have a decent curriculum & teachers, but none of that matters if your child's safety isn't a priority. Chapin Middle (grades 7-8) is not a safe environment for children, especially if they're not perfect or popular. Bullying is a HUGE problem in t
