North Smithfield Elementary School

My daughter is just finishing the 8th grade here. She has been in this school for the past 3 years. She loves it and so do we! It's a newer school built in 2009, and has all the modern conveniences necessary in today's high tech world of education. The teachers are awesome. Teachers are very willing to help after school with extra help if needed. Kids are welcome to stay after school for the MANY clubs offered. New clubs are always welcomed and embraced. Students in this school can choose an elective, either band, chorus, or art/tech ed, which meets daily. We are very impressed with the positive culture of education here. State testing scores have sky rocketed in recent years and are among the highest in the region.

My daughter has been attending Breezy Knoll for two years now. I am so pleased with the program! The staff creates such a great environment for the children to learn in. The curriculum follows the RI Early Learning Standards, and the classrooms definitely reflect a diversified curriculum, which I appreciate greatly. The building is reminiscent of an old school house and has charm and character. My child really enjoys her "Breezy days." I feel blessed to have found such a wonderful school.
