St. Andrew School

The eight grade class is so inconsiderate , they hate uniqueness they will not stop borderline bullying you and the eight grade student only hang out with people that act exactly like them basicaly if you do not act exactly like them they will treat you like i highly hate the eight grade class so much i am currently a student in the eight grade class. complete craplike seriously I am actually convinced that they do not know how to leave someone alone and stop talking about that person 24/7

Kept my child at this school way too long unfortunately. A few decent teachers but they seem to only last there a couple yrs. The rest are terrible. They're constantly yelling at the kids, treat them like garbage unless you're the few select families. Those kids are treated like gold. My child got bullied, called racial slurs, had her lunch stolen several times and not one thing happened to the bully. My child makes 1 mistake in 9 years of being there and is treated like she's murdered someone. This catholic school is a complete joke. Forget about being treated with respect by the monsignor. I have never been so disgusted in my entire life with how my family was treated by this so called man of God and leader of the church. I wouldn't recommend anyone send their children to this school unless you want them to be treated horribly. There's 2 other much better schools to send your kids to in Drexel Hill.

I wonder if anyone understands what went on in this horrible school !! The nuns and priests would have been in the penitentiary

My kids currently attend SAS and I am quite happy with the school except for the music program. My oldest son has gotten honors and my youngest is developing quite well. Based on feedback from other mom's across the district, Saint Andrew is solid. The parent association is strong and the parents are very involved. There have been incidents and, from my perspective, each was handled quickly and appropriately.

As a previous Alum and parent to children who currently attend, I can't ask for a better school. Everyone is very friendly, there is such strong parent involvement, and teachers are very communicative and responsive to inquiries. It has so much more to offer then when I went there and I think that is fantastic. It shows that they continue to grow and change with the times. I enjoy watching my kids build their friendships with their classmates, as well as we with other parents. Plus you can't beat their social functions/fundraisers! Lastly, I love how the Pastor is all about growing the school and bringing the community together. He is definitely from a different/younger generation and is so much more approachable and engaging than previous ones. Also you can't help love his dog!
