Northwest El School

My son has autism and is in no way aggressive. He's been scratched,kicked, bitten, you name it. And today I found out to add to it he's being hurt on the bus. This boy is punching my son in his head, face, legs and private parts. This school has not kept my child safe and it's been a horrible experience dealing with them.

This school is the only bright ray of hope for a district that has lost it's way.

My son just started here, i would give it 3 stars so far. I'm happy because the school is more organized with the homework and he gets homework on friday, which i don't mind and the work is harder. i must say i will see how it goes and if it doesn't work out i will be thinking of charter school.

Terrible!! Absolutely horrible. Every time I turn around I am reporting a teacher about the way that they talk to my child. The teachers all work together to cover for eachother, and everytime there is a problem nothing is done!

Administration nepotism, the manipulative and biased actions from the school counselor, the high turnover rate of teachers, brand new - first year teachers with little experience. My son is relieved to not go there. Overall did more damage than good for my child. That was our experience, I’m sure others have had different experiences.

This school was not that great of a school. I was a student here 2016-2023. I am so glad my time here had ended. I was bullied here and the teachers did quite nothing but only give the bullied a in school suspension. Mind you the suspensions were a week long and had no restrictions what so ever. I was once hit by a teacher, my mom had brung it up with the authorities and nothing happened. I hated this school.
