On the contrary to the last review, I believe that the school does promote an atmosphere of diversity in terms of ethnicity within the boundaries of Christianity. They have many international students as well as other students of diverse ethnicity. My children have attended since 2020 and I have had 4 children in the school. The education is excellent and has absolutely prepared my seniors for a college education, even with the short time that they were there. The curriculum is Christian based and intellectually engaging. The school teaches the children to be critical thinkers. The children are engaged with fun activities on a regular basis with fun events like History Day for Grammar school, Fall retreat for secondary, and trips week for each secondary grade. My children have not been there long and immediately made meaningful, lasting relationships. Parents are involved in their children's lives and the students are the type you want your kids to be around. Pulling my children out of a government run school into Coventry Christian was the best decision we made for our family.

The school isn’t very diverse or inclusive, and it’s very difficult to meet new people here as the students are usually just talking to the people that have been there longer. The guidelines at the school are outdated and discriminatory, and the “classical education” model is just a way to get people to join - but actually their type of education is probably worse than other charter or even public schools. Technology is severely prohibited here, and they promote an ideology and model that will not serve us good in preparing for college in the 21st century. Not enough hands-on activities, and lack of consistent education. Homework is unbalanced and overloaded. Many positive and enlightening teachers, most students are respectful and appropriate, administration is okay, campus is generally clean and okay.

Ended up sending my kids to CCS bc of bullying issues reported by my neighbors’ kids in SpringFord school district. My kids love their classmates like family and have reported no bullying. The curriculum is a bit intense but that just helps them to develop work ethic and study skills. The school also cultivates their childhood and doesn’t push them to grow up too fast.

My son has attended pre K here for about a year. The teachers are so nurturing and encouraging. They are organized with an eye for detail. They excel academically, socially, and even provide violin lessons when they turn 3. During the summer they run a camp that the kids love, and provide before and after school care al year.

My two children have attended Coventry Christian Schools for the past 9 years; currently they are in 7th and 9th grades. My husband and I believe we have found the perfect school environment, where the focus is on developing the mind, body and spirit of the student. The small class sizes are led by nurturing teachers who get to know each of the students and encourage them to find their individual strengths. The rigorous classical curriculum focuses on developing a well round student who is prepared for the challenges of college. Students are encouraged to participate in a range of extracurricular activities and several successful sports programs.
