My daughter was bullied and the teacher, principal and social worker did absolutely nothing to protect her or stop the bullying from continuing. They even avoided me at all costs and refused to meet with me or tell the other parent of the bully what was going on. My daughter attended from K-4 and since nothing was ever resolved or addressed, I had to transfer schools since my daughter was severely depressed and anxious going here on a daily basis. All I can say is that if your child is shy, introverted, or a potential target in anyway to bullies, good luck! Because the staff DO NOT CARE AT ALL about the safety or well being of ur child. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageFor the last four years my boys have been students at Arlington, one being on the Autism spectrum, that right there already tells a lot as a parent. The first day we felt welcomed and supported by staff. My children have flourished in this environment, developing a love for learning that I attribute to the school's nurturing approach. Some may have different opinions on Arlington and that's ok, I'm here to let you know this 100% community school is filled with amazing teachers and staff that care about their student's well-being and growth. We lack parent engagement. A handful of dedicated parents and I started the PTO, we're proud of that! We will continue to support and help the amazing teachers, staff, and other parents and guardians keep Arlington safe and positive learning environment.
