As a community member we appreciate this school. Students who live in our neighborhood are respectful and helpful. We enjoy attending plays at the school, which are well done. Good job Penn Hills High!
Posted by a community member on 10/15/2019They ignore personal promblems of students but that's likely a racial thing. The school(like most schools) is dominated by athletics and the athletes are treated with significant nepotism. Send you're child herenifnthey play football or if you are poor.

Posted by a parent on 4/11/2014I was a Class of 1980 student here... I liked the Teachers, and the Admin. Computers were just starting to be taught at the time. I think we had an old IBM model 360 that used punch cards. Think of it, as the SST/Concord & 747 were designed by engineers using the IBM-360 ! No Windows 7 & fancy GUI's

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. I enrolled 2 of my children into this school and both suffered bullying and nobody would do anything to stop or prevent it from happening. As a parent you should feel safe when sending your child to school everyday, not worry about what was going to happen to them. Even on the bus my son would get punched in the face while my daughter would get ur hair pulled and pushed out of her seat.. This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE school.
