When I was here as a student I had a kid who would bully me every single day. He would tell me thing such as to go kill myself, to go self harm and when I had reported it to the school they had him say sorry. The next day he went back to it but more in an aggressive tone, he was mad since I had told the school about, but continued to tell the harsh things to me. When I told the school that it was still happening a week later they said straight up to me, "No it isn't, we had him say sorry and it is over now." When in reality it continued for the rest of the year. The teachers did nothing about it when he would say such things right in front of them. They moved him across the class but did nothing when he came over to sit with me. He would hand me scissors and would say things such as "They are extra sharp just for you." or from across the room mock cutting himself. They did nothing to stop this. I moved the next year since I couldn't handle being there.

My child is learning. He is challenged and succeeds. The staff supports him to excel.

This is a wonderful school! I am a former student at Harrison Middle School. Over the coarse of the years the academics have improved so much. They have gotten new teachers and many new curriculum. If you or your child are coming into the BWSD (Baldwin-Whitehall School District) it is not a very easy school district. The teachers are pretty strict but most are lenient with students. We have 2 counselors for students A-L we have Nicole Michael and M-Z we have Mrs. Nicole Leadbitter, as well as a social worker Ms. Williams. They also provide therapy classes for students, speech classes, PE, Band, Orchestra, Chorus, Academic Enrichment and Unified Arts. They also have 3 incredible principal's. Principal- Mr. Michael Wetmiller, Vice Principal- Mr. Scott Ross, and assistant principal Mrs. Jill Flemming- Salopek.
