Some teachers are great others not so much. Common were first yr teachers or long terms subs. Middle of the year teachers would be swapped for another. Neighborh

Posted by a parent on 3/29/2019My child is thriving at Howe. I cannot say it has been easy for him, but the mark they have expected him to step up to has been a good thing. He has made the effort, been rewarded, and continues to be motivated to strive for good things both academically and socially.
