Another school Philadelphia school district nightmare school Administration is not helpful at all
Posted by a parent on 10/27/2025Bullying is a problem and they sweep it under the rug!! There is no communication. Everything is last minute, never enough time so parents can be involved. No direction, everyone has an excuse or blame someone else. They lie in the office say one thing then say oh no i didnt say that. They are tude.

On the flip side it is one of the better school in the neighborhood but if you have a choice choose another school because this school is not good for my

The present Principal cares about the students and the former teacher who says she talks down to the staff is not telling the whole story. The principal abides by the rules. Sullivan has mostly excellent teachers. I do have issue with the lunch aide

They don’t take responsibility when it comes to bullying and it seems like it’s up to the kids to defend themselves. If your child is into sports through the CYO DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!! There is no sense of urgency in creating an environment that gets students excited about extra curricular activities at all!!! My child has been being harassed all school year and the lack of accountability by teachers and staff is absurd. I have three children going to this school one graduating this year, the staff doesn’t celebrate the accomplishment of graduating students even by showing up for them at their fundraisers.
