I am a parent of a 4th year learner and he has attended this school since freshmen year. His first year was excellent the principal was loving but stern. Second year new principal and it was OK. Third year jointing of two high schools and it went down hill quickly. Fights, cops being called, school
Posted by a parent on 5/22/2016I am a learner of 3 years at SOTF. Our school is very independent and has a lot of staff members who care about the learners. We did change due to the combining of U-City but we still try our best to keep our education and discipline on track.
Posted by a student on 5/28/2014Here at SOF we have very good teachers who care about our education, and most of the teachers and students have good relationships. The only problems are some of the students don't attend class and aren't being disciplined correctly in order to get them to behave the way they should be behaving.
Posted by a student on 4/27/2014School of the Future is a good school but the fact that everything changed ,such as old learners can come visit their old teachers and now they have to be walking around with an adult is outrageous ! I'm a Junior and SOTF was never like this. The Principal or Vice Principal doesn't do anything. Mrs.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhen I went to this school it was amazing the teachers were very nice and should help me whenever I needed it. The teacher that helped me the most was Ms. Norman she was an amazing teacher and she will forever be my favorite teacher. I even wrote a note to her in fifth grade but I lost it and I never wrote another one. I hope she is doing well but that school is by far the best school I have been to and it’s only good because of that one teacher. I changed schools after 2sd grade which is the grade ms. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has attended since pre k. I'm the beginning the school was organized and flourishing under sister Owen. Once she retired the school has gone down hill like a freight train. Tuition continues to increase by the year, infrastructure of the school has not been updated since the 90's, the area around the school is no longer kept up. The curriculum is not challenging. No science is being taught in the younger grades. An inadequate amount of homework is not given out. There is a new principle now. His approach is "urban education ". Which is race based.
