Logan School Staff and Principal are the Best! I wish the Philadelphia School Board do more for our Public Schools. I give Logan James School Five Stars!! :)And My Daughter has been on the Honor Roll from Kindergarten to Present 2nd grade.

This school need new leadership and staff. Pennell scholars are all behind in all academics if you dont show interest in your child education this school do not care . you have about 2 good teachers that I know that really reach and care the rest is just there .waiting til they close it down .parents in our community did the best decisions getting their kids out of this school. education is free not a stimulation of a person diversity or special needs .I really dislike this school .lot change since my daughter graduated 15 years ago .. keep pushing our kids forward to achieve their goals at any school.

Best school in Philadelphia. Nurturing environment, builds self-esteem, and excellent academics.

There is a lot to like about this school including small class sizes, many caring teachers, and the (relatively) low tuition. But know that their stated commitment to diversity and embracing neurodiverse students is a lie. Numerous students have been pushed out in recent years because the school said they were unable to offer even minor supports for students. If your child has even minor challenges with ADHD, autism, anxiety, etc. be very aware that they can and will kick you out not because anything bad has happened but just because it’s “too much work” for their staff to implement supports that most public school teachers do in their sleep.

I attended this school as a child and I'm now 22 with a 4 year old daughter that will be attending in September. I loved the teachers and we were like a family. I still remember every last one of their names.

This school doesn’t want to follow their own policy! And as a community we need to SUE and do what is right by our children. Being treated unfairly by teachers and staff is harmful mental for these children.
