Read what parents are saying about Maple Glen El SchoolSince my children have attended Maple Glen the school has been amazing! My children have excelled in all categories and continue to develop new skills on a daily basis thanks to Maple Glen!
Posted by a parent on 4/30/2021We've only been in this district for one year, but so far we love Maple Glen. All of the staff genuinely care about the students and they take their jobs very seriously-it shows. This school is run by real professionals and I hope nothing changes with the incoming new principal.
Posted by a parent on 4/18/2018Other than having multiple principals over the school's 10 year existence, the school is a warm and wonderful place for students. I don't feel that the district is as tech savvy as other districts, my 2 kids aren't as computer literate as students in the district in which I teach. Teachers have been good matches for my kids, the guidance counselor is supportive and works well with you, parent involvement is high. I am not in love with how the district does its conference days and in-servicing, it utilizes a lot of half days which make it hard to work around for a working parent. Teachers are responsive to parents and communicate. Recently, an early-bird contract was signed, which is amazing in the current atmosphere of Mont. & Bucks Co. schools-many working without a contract. This is a reflection of the working relationship between the wonderful current board and teachers!

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is absolutely incredible. The teachers and staff are the most caring and genuine people I've ever met. My daughter learns so much from academics to manners and how to be kind, caring person in her community. I cannot say enough about our experience at St. Catherine's. Sending my daughter here is one of the best decisions I've ever made.Parent Review7y ago - The Montessori School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter began GA in the 6th grade and attended from 6th -8th grade when she was diagnosed with POTS and had to unenroll for health reasons. She attended 2 months at cyber school. She wanted to go back so badly. We attempted to reenroll her for 9th grade but missed the deadline and had to attend her public school for one year. She absolutely hated it and wished so badly that she never left GA. We are in the process of reenrolling her for 10th grade at GA so she can be truly happy again. Aside from an amazing community and family engagement that made it feel like everyone was part of the whole, it is ultimately about how my daughter felt when she was part of it. Everyday she looked forward to going to school. She loved her teachers, her friends, the school, and the clubs. It was always more than just a school. It was truly preparing her for a successful future. They treat their students differently. They are prepped for how successful individuals move forward in life. They are taught that human life is valued and appreciated across all walks of life regardless of background, where you come from, and how you got there. There is a common goal, and that is moving forward together with love and respect and success. Germantown Academy is one of the best decisions we ever made for our daughter and we are proud to be part of it. We would absolutely recommend GA to anyone considering. Take a tour. Spend a day. You'll see why.Parent Review5mo ago - Open Door Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOpen Door is truly a "Great School." The faculty and staff are very caring and genuinely interested in the growth and development of the whole student. They are a beacon of light in a very dark and fallen world.Parent Review5y ago - Twin Spring Farm Day School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has attended TSF for about a year and I haven't experienced any of the issues other people (mostly from 2012-2015) have posted. I'm really happy with the teachers and staff. Nearly all the teachers know my daughter's name (even teachers who don't teach her) and are very compassionate. They have great "specials" that include spanish and technology, in additional to the usuals like gym and music. You can also sign up your child for private music lessons and dance lessons. The kids really get a lot out of the school. I agree that there are a lot of "fees" but it's really just part of the tuition billed separately. If the school put the fees in the tuition it would resolve that issue. We like the school and plan to stay a while!Parent Review5y ago - Early Learning Childrens Academy
