There’s a lot to unpack here. Administration Home life doesn’t care anymore. Overworked. Not appreciated. It’s not what it seems at all. President needs to retire immediately. Very controlling. Kids are the ones who are suffering when the houseparents and staff keep leaving in droves.
Posted by a community member on 6/27/2024Start researching the reviews online. Houseparents play a huge pivotal role in the lives of the kids but they’ve been leaving in huge numbers. They’re not treated with respect. Administration dictates more responsibilities every day.
