Wilson Middle School

Worst school I've ever seen. The physical and emotional trauma my 2 kids have went through day in and day out was terrible and seemed to be too much trouble for the administration to handle. They have jail-type rules so they treat every kid like the lowest common denominator of the constant misbehaved kids. We have put them in virtual and it was incredibly easy and their overall mood has improved almost immediately. They actually have the peace to try and learn their subjects. This school only exists because it's funded by taxes and the majority of low income families can't afford to go elsewhere.

This school needs shut down the school district needs new board of directors lies to you so you cannot switch your child so child has no other option but to attend a building that will never change my children were tortured in this building an the staff nor board of directors did nothing to resolve the matters!

I was going to go here but then my family moved away just so I didn't have to.

The school threatened to give my son detention for waiting outside for me on his 1st day because he walked home and didn't know his way home (his phone was dead) we had just moved here. My son said that the teachers call the students stupid. I'm wondering if I should sue my child is disabled with an iep and he came home all upset because they called him stupid. WORST SCHOOL EVER

I my self attended Wilson Middle School in Erie PA and have always thought it was a great school, though when my daughter entered 6th grade I was reluctant in putting her into Wilson because of the rumors, we had a terrible year last year (6th grade) at a school I thought would be better for her with smaller class sizes so I finally decided this year (7th) to give it a try irregardless of the rumors. My daughter was reluctant as well as I but she loves it. She loves that she can better understand the teachers and there way of teaching, as she puts it "They know how to teach and know there stuff"..
