Absolutely horrible experience with this school. My son attended their M-F 3T preschool class. And children at 3 are usually hyper and not the best at following directions. As expected from a 3 year old, but my son at home was pretty good at listening and helping out. Well, his teacher at St. George

Posted by a parent on 11/3/2022Teachers and staff are committed, helpful and creative . The religious education they receive both through the curriculum and the prayer/events that take place during the school day are meaningful. There is an active and supportive PTO. Highly recommend .
Posted by a parent on 1/31/2022This was a great school until the reorganized and combined the catholic schools in Erie. Now it's awful. The new principal is ineffective. The school is now really run by the superintendent, Jim Gallagher, and the president Damon Finazzo. There policies are driving this school into the ground.

Teachers are very supportive, a lot of family engagement activities, and over the last few years have added more programs/clubs for the students which is great. I hate boundaries for school they don't work nothing out each class has at least 30 students in a class since they closed 3 schools down this school district needs to do something to lower the students in a class. What happen to the 96 million they got 3 years ago what a waste nothing got better got worst. Fix our system. From day 1 of her 2nd grade year this year she has been soooo excited and truly happy to go to school each day. She once told me recently in fact that she "hates weekends" because she enjoys being in school so much! I am so thankful for the staff and feel completely blessed, thanks to EFCA. OLP tuition and before and after school care if you are a parishioner=$426, Millcreek before and after school care per month= $460! You can apply for grants at OLP also...tuition can be reduced drastically if you qualify. Kids here at OLP learn a lot more about integrity and humanities too.
