Read what parents are saying about Ithan El SchoolMy sons have disabilities and the school accommodates their special needs very well. The kids really love the school.
Posted by a parent on 10/29/2023Ithan is more of a private school than public. Responsibility and accountability are taught to the children. There are less distractions for the kids as well. The classes are small and the teachers really get to know their students. My one child is gifted and unlike the other school we were at Ithan schedules a select group like him to work together three days a week. He is living up to his potential. My other child had no issues fitting in and does exceedingly well. The school is closed off. It is great for safety, but it is strange as I have never seen the classrooms. It also makes it hard to get to know other families. The teachers are nice and keep us well informed. My kids are happy with the school and fit in very well.
Posted by a parent on 8/29/2022Ithan is a public school with private school qualities. The teachers are great. The school district managed opening the schools soon after the pandemic and stayed open. Incredible management. The resources are also top notch. The only ding are facilities. However, upgrades are coming.
Posted by a parent on 2/15/2022The school counsels out all kids with learning differences. If your child has any learning differences, live out of district, send to private. The principal trolls kids and parents. The school is closed like a prison. No parents are allowed in.
Posted by a parent on 7/1/2021Ithan has been a fantastic elementary school for my 2 kids. The teachers, staff, and PTO are wonderful, care about the students, and are proactive in their pursuit of excellence in education and a constructive learning environment.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have wanted to write this review for a long time. SAA was perfect for our son and our family. When you send a child to school during this time in history, SAA gave us peace of mind. This school produced a young man well on his way on the path of life. He is our third child and our first boy. SAA provided both education for his studies as well as social guidelines for life that we value and see our son exhibit time and time again. This school was the right choice. They tolerate the learning curve of boys but hold them accountable and have shown such basic love and kindness to the boys that I now understand why as we have seen alumni return to this little school time and time again through our years here. Sister Margaret weathered the storm of Covid very well and her level of communication has made her feel like family. She is very passionate about this school and it shows. All of our sons teachers here have had a positive impact upon our son and he will feel their impact for years to come. This school is small but as we hear other families’ stories of other schools we believe this was the best school for our son. Sports outside of school was a norm for us as well as his larger music world. They were current with technology use and were ahead of everyone when it began. Their robot team won awards and their football team is well known. We had three other boys who played hockey with our son in the school but we did not have a team unfortunately. We truly love this school and we highly recommend it for the development of young men especially during these challenging times in the world. We feel very fortunate that we had this school available for our son.Parent Review1y ago - St Anastasia Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageUsed to be amazing but now kind of bad. Terrible college admissions. Good sports. Episcopal seems to be the “it” school now. Agnes Irwin has turned into a feeder from the Catholic girls schools. Losing quality kids leaving the weak ones. Resting on its laurels.Parent Review10mo ago - STS Colman-John Neumann
