Read what parents are saying about Raleigh Hills Elementary Schooli saw the bad review on the lgbtq club for 4th and 5th graders, it is completely okay for kids to learn about it and it should be accepted rather than frowned upon. other than that, i use to go to this school and i'd say it was pretty alright, nothing too bad.
Posted by a community member on 2/7/2024This school offers a LGBTQ club for 4th and 5th graders without the approval of their parents. That is absolutely disgusting and everyone should place their kids in a different school. That goes against everything that a teacher should be doing in their classrooms and shouldn’t be forced on kids to learn about that topic at that age.
Posted by a parent on 2/2/2022My child did not like this school. It was unbelievably cliquey and unwelcoming. They had a couple of great teachers but some not so much. The same kids got all the advantages They claim to be such a loving community which is a joke. So glad to be out of there
Posted by a parent on 9/23/2020We are not happy. They don’t have certain policy to deal with bully.
Posted by a parent on 1/13/2019Overall I like RHK-8. There are some things that I don't understand, like the rushed lunches, the excessive breaks, the shortened days, and then excessive says off for "teacher planning". The school has a great volunteer system though that fills in the gaps on budget cuts. Sometimes it seems like this is as good as it gets though for public schools. We are very fortunate to be here.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school, wonderful and committed staff! We have been at McKay for 2 years and are very happy with the entire school. It's a very community-oriented staff and group of parents and the teachers care greatly for the students. Excellent principal (Erin Kollings) too. The small class sizes are an added bonus.Parent Review10mo ago - Happy Hollow Children's Center

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe OES community will take the time to know your child. It is a joyful place where kids are nurtured and seen, where individuals are appreciated and honored for the unique contributions they make to the community. OES is an inquiry based and placed based education. They use the onsite wetlands and forest to encourage exploration and curiosity. The school promotes self awareness and individual impact. OES' motto of using your power for good is woven into every aspect of the school. OES produces students that are global thinkers, kind, and prepared to creatively solve problems.Parent Review1y ago - West Hills Montessori School-Vermont
