I work for Gilchrist schools and I am very proud of our school. The teachers are devoted, caring, and helpful. The kids are great and we live in a great community. Our principal cares so much for his employees and the children. Our new head maintenance employee has the school looking the best it has

I am very surprised by Gilchrist. I came there having very low expectations. We came from a much larger school district, but I actually LOVE it here! My high school child cannot skip classes (There is no where to go!) This year past year they actually scored "Outstanding" on the Oregon State School

This school has a dedicated staff that works as hard as they can with what little they have. The state keeps cutting our programs and the teachers are working extra hours with less pay. I think they are doing a fabulous job!
