The staff is caring, promote a culture of kindness and teamwork. They help children believe in themselves and actually care about their students and treat them with respect and expect the same in return. Small classes mean more help for each student instead of an overwhelmed teacher of a class of 30 kids. Kids excell here, academically and emotionally
