Burcham is a great school! But I don't like the principal or the secretary, they're big phonies and pick and choose who they're nice to. I'm glad this will my Childs last year there. I hope one day they replace the principal!

It is wonderful having pre-k- 1st graders together, because the whole school is geared towards that age range. Every effort is made to make sure kids are happy, healthy, and safe. Posted by a parent on 1/20/2013Burcham has exceeded any expectation I have had for my 6 year old. She has attended Pre-K and Kindergarten and I have seen her thrive every day she has attended. The staff and administrators are the most caring and provide the highest quality of educations. We would absolutely recommend this school

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe were excited when our student moved to East, we quickly learned that it was going to be very different than Burcham Elm. Parents are not welcome and there is very little communication. Experiences are largely based on the teacher your student is assigned. This year there was no parent orientation offered no field trips and all of the "fun" stuff was cancelled due to the teacher's strike. Hoping next year is better, but If it does it will be due to the teachers efforts. not the administrators who seem content doing only what needs to be done to move kids on to the next school.Parent Review7y ago - East Intermediate School
