Sulphur Intermediate Elementary School

I believe the school does very well on a academic basis, my son has excelled in this school, after having been tutored at a public city school, which was not good for my son in no way or form, he was falling behind academically because he could not hear, and the tutor was NO help! I do wish they would work harder in Speech development for the kids who can talk in more clarity, and are just hard of hearing! All in all, these kids are more secure and happy around their peers at this school, something that can not be said for a Public school! And, that does make a big difference in the education impact on children, especially since they have to live on the campus of the school! Kids at OSD become more independent and self assured!
